These terms cover your use of the Fullset app. By using Fullset you agree to them. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. Contact: support@thefullsetapp.com.

Not medical advice

Fullset helps you log training and food. Calorie and macro goals, Smart Plan and AI meal estimates are general estimates, not medical, nutritional or training advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a new training or diet plan, and stop if you feel pain or unwell. You train at your own risk.

Fullset Pro

• Fullset Pro is an auto-renewing subscription: $4.99 per month or $34.99 per year (US prices; your local price is shown in the app before you buy).
• New subscribers can get a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you're charged.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel in the iOS Settings app → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your Fullset account doesn't cancel it.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
• The AI meal photo has a daily limit per account.

Your account and content

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in safe. Your logbook, photos and recipes are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Fullset for you (see the privacy policy). You can delete your account at any time in the app.

Fair use

Don't misuse Fullset: no reverse engineering, no attempts to break its security, and no automated use of the AI meal photo outside the app.

The app as it is

We work hard to keep Fullset reliable and your data safe, but the app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data you didn't back up.

Changes

We may update these terms. For important changes we'll tell you in the app before they apply.
